The GTC (GPU Technology Conference) also ended this week and if you could take one thing away from it then it would have to be this little bit of information. 3D glasses-free gaming on Android is possible and will hopefully be coming in the near future. While we weren’t able to attend GTC 2010 the crew over at Android and Me was and came back to report on this great news.

While I was checking over my usual Android news websites that I go to every morning for good reading while drinking coffee I stumbled onto a forum post over at Android and Me about a game called iDracula by Chillingo. Saw the screens of it and it got my interest so I downloaded it onto my G1 to give it a whirl. iDracula is a top-down shooter game with power-up and all sorts of goodies.
While checking out all of my usual Android news sites and gaming sites, I stumbled onto this article via Android and Me about a new upcoming game called Vacuum by Door-6 which sparked my interest. Vacuum is a tunnel 3D game and as with a lot of games lately, it offers a global online leaderboard for rankings but Vacuum offers just a bit more then your name in the limelight.
I mentioned in the new posts to expect a review to come quickly about this 3rd installment in the Mystique series of games that just got released by Bendroid. Well as promised, here is our first impressions of Obitus.
Usually I try to stay away from posting too much news other sites have already touched upon however sometimes this isn’t possible. This is one of those times. Awhile back Android and Me had started up something called Android Bounty where there would be an app suggestion made and the developer who fulfilled the requirements would get a cash reward. The last one was for a working Quake port but no one had really stepped up to do it especially after ID Software got all the ports of their games removed from the market.
