There has been a rumor going around lately that Polarbit has been working on a kart racing game, similar to Mario Kart, but with more of a focus on the actual combat and defense areas. We knew this day was coming since back when we posted about the limited closed beta that was going on and then with Gameloft officially announcing it was coming a little over a week ago. The purchase page went up a few hours ago and it is indeed working as well as Gameloft confirming it is out for Android now.
Gameloft officially announced that Modern Combat 2: Black Pegasus would be released ‘soon’ and since then reports have ranged from Jan 18th – early February. However the only other specific date mentioned is Jan. 28th, 2011 which is right around the corner. In fact multiple sites are reporting that it will be Jan. 28th, 2011.
Gameloft seems to be making more news every day. While a lot of Android gamers won’t touch Gameloft game due to the lack of availability in the Android Market, it is still exciting to see more great titles becoming available.
