Developed by Lenovo, and created in collaboration with Vibram, there are a new set of smart shoes that could one day be set to enter the market. Among other things, they’ll be able to track both step counting as well as how many calories are burned, allow the user to participate in fitness competitions, custom lighting, and music interaction, and allow users to receive health tips derived from a special insole. Oh, and it also will double as a game controller.

Lenovo and Dark Rift team up to fully crowdsource the development of an indie game with the gaming community
So Lenovo has started a pretty interesting project, teaming up with developers Dark Rift and a bunch of other companies within the gaming community. This project is about crowdsourcing the development of an indie game, using the input from everyone involve to dictate how everything will turn out.
One of the first items we walked right into when the doors open yesterday was the Intel booth and there they had a prototype of their upcoming Intel Android tablet. Coming from Lenovo, this particular tablet will be running Ice Cream Sandwich when it is released.
Lenovo has apparently had their upcoming Tegra 3 quad-core tablet specs leaked today and so far they are looking pretty serious in terms of power. This new Lenovo tablet will be running the latest version of Android called Ice Cream Sandwich and will be stuffed with a Tegra 3 quad-core chipset.
