Measured Software’s newest title on the market (now complete with OpenFeint) Pocket Racing is what mobile gaming is supposed to be. It’s fast, it’s addicting and best of all it’s good. An online multiplayer mode will come out sometime in the future. Continue past the break for the full review.

With news of increased sales we thought we would take the time to make a special mention to Measured Software’s OpenFeint achievements added to their old-school top-down 2D racer, Pocket Racing. It seems as though releasing games in these waves is becoming a trend with OpenFeint and it seems to be working. A press release today states that some developers are seeing big increases in game sales thanks to integrating OpenFeint into their games, some as large as 39% which is what SpeedX 3D saw in increased sales with another 9% across the board on their other games.

While there are a lot of racing games for Android available on the market, everything from 2D to 3D, you can expect pretty much the standard feature set one would find in a racing game. Tracks to pick, other cars to race, possibly even multiplayer. Pocket Racing offers you a dose of old school top-down racing with a very neat feature not seen elsewhere.
