EA has quietly done a soft launch of their next Need for Speed game called Need for Speed: No Limits. This game has already come under fire for a particular IAP that will be included in the game and that is the in-app purchase players have the option of using where they can purchase more gas. Whether this actually made it into the game or not is something we will be finding out shortly.

It appears that Gameloft will be adding a rather interesting feature in the next Asphalt 8 update. The company has begun teasing what looks like custom paint jobs for the cars that are in Asphalt 8. Of course since this is more of a tease than anything else, there are not a whole lot of details as to what exactly this will entail.
The stunt-filled level grinding game Trial Xtreme 4 received an update a few days ago that finally brings a much requested feature to the game – the ability to play offline. While this is a feature that has been wanted by a lot of players, it does have a limit. Basically the offline gameplay is available for Practice Mode only, at least for right now.
Currently available on iOS only right now, racing sim game Motorsport Manager is receiving an update on iOS soon. However what we care about is the developer announcing that he’s ‘closing in’ on getting the Android version of his game out onto Google Play.
Recently we posted about the new Need For Speed game heading our way called Need For Speed: No Limits. While the game looks pretty good and everyone is surely resigned to the fact that there will be IAPs in it, since this is EA after all, what may turn a lot of people off from the game before it is even released is the fact that players will have to buy gas.
The next installment into the Need For Speed franchise will be heading our way soon and there has been plenty of teasing with videos and screenshots being released. Even with all of that available we still don’t know a whole lot about Need For Speed: No Limits which will be coming to Android at some point this year.
The exciting world of Yak racing will soon be arriving onto Android devices in a new game called Yak Dash: Horns of Glory from developers going by the name of Mutant Labs. In this game players will be riding Yaks across different mountain ranges which are also made up of different terrains such as grassland, icy tundra, sandy desert, and volcanic.
If there is one thing you can count on for with Gameloft, it is the fact that they will always be one of the first developers to optimize their games for any new upcoming gaming hardware or platforms based off of Android that look promising. Whether it was the Ouya console or the GameStick, they usually have a few games announced as ready to go for that particular platform’s release.
Pretty much every major racing league has its own official game, whether that be Formula 1, NASCAR or others. There was one exception to that and it was the World Rally Championship which, up until now, didn’t have any sort of official game. That’s not to say there are not any rally racing games available for Android, there just wasn’t one for the WRC.
Hutch Games out of London, has recently released their latest game into the Play Store. It is a beautiful graphic processing beast, must like the huge monster trucks that are used in the game… beastly trucks that is. Hutch Games has been known to push the envelope in the graphics and controls departments, when it comes to racing games. If you have played Smash Cops, Smash Cops Heat, or Smash Cops Bandit, then you know what I am talking about. If you haven’t, you should definitely check those games out. Right now though, I would check out MMX Racing, their latest title to arrive in the Play Store. If you like Monster Trucks and CSR Racing (Natural Motion Games) type games, then this will be right up your alley.
