[Update: Game Released] Plan and execute your own jailbreak in The Escapists, arriving on Android this week
Prison break out game The Escapists has been announced that it’s coming to Android soon. In this game, players will customize the name and appearance of their prisoner, and then proceed to break out of the institution. Players will have to creatively utilize both item management as well as crafting (for example, making a Sock Mace or Comb Blade out of the requisite components, or locating a screwdriver to remove the grill over an air vent, so the character can climb through to better navigate the prison), and observation (such as noticing the patterns that guards follow, both in timing as well as what paths they follows, to reduce the chance of being caught).
Released by Gaijin Distribution, Star Conflict Heroes is a new combat and fleet management sim that’s now available on Android. In this game, players will assume the role of captain of a ship named the Scotland, that hunts for salvage after a battle is completed.
Kairosoft has released a new game onto Android and this time it is something a little different than what the company usually releases. This new game is called Magician’s Saga and is actually more of an RPG than the usual straight sim style of game that tend to come from Kairosoft, although you do have a town to build up when not killing monsters.

It’s Friday which means it is time for another round-up of Android games currently on sale over on Google Play. This week’s round-up is pretty decent in size, with plenty of new titles being added to the list for a number of developers including 2K Games, OrangePixel, Herocraft and more.
Advance human civilization by sliding and merging tiles in The Human Age, now in beta on Google Play
To be released by Noodlecake, The human Age is an upcoming match three/building hybrid game. Players wil be using a board that begins in a three by three grid to move tiles around, that are symbolic of different periods of human history. Once three of them have been brought into contact (not necessarily in a row, mind you), they will merge into a single tile that represents the next phase.
You’re stuck in the middle of an ocean with nothing but a hook and a wooden platform, doesn’t sound like fun but Raft has me hooked. There isn’t much as far as a game world in this game, just endless water. You start off with just a single platform to stand on and a hook with a rope attached to it. You use the hook to throw into the water to drag items that are floating by. Planks of wood, leaves and scraps.

Kairosoft seem to be rather busy these days, having already released one game on Android last week after releasing it in Japanese a couple of week prior. Now the company has two additional new games out on Google Play, one being released in Japanese again first, while the other game has already been ported over for their Western fans to play.
