One of the problems with mobile gaming isn’t so much the games themselves, but the download sizes. This holds true with not just your initial update of a big game, but also the subsequent updates that games and apps get that also are big. If you have unlimited data on your plan, then this doesn’t matter much either way. However, if you don’t have unlimited data, the last thing you want to do is chew up a large chunk of your data downloading a 1GB game update.

Gamevil has been quite the busy company so far in 2015 with new games being released, deals being made for even more games, and now we have learned that the company plans to push out updates to at least three of their newer, and bigger, games on Android. This month Gamevil plans to release updates for Darkness Reborn, Elune Saga, and Spirit Stones.
Rovio is still able to come up with ideas for episodes for all of their Angry Birds games and today the Angry Birds Seasons title is getting one of those new episodes. This time the entire episode is themed after the NBA since the NBA season is wrapping up. The episode is officially called NBA Ham Dunk.
Roadhouse Games has pushed out the first content update for Warhammer 40K: Carnage which is officially named Dark Angel. The name of the update actually gives away one of the new features that comes with this update which is a new playable character: The Dark Angel. This new character can either be purchased with gold or earned just by playing through the game itself.
Madfinger Games celebrates 4th anniversary with a sale and Samurai II:Vengeance Enhanced Edition
Madfinger Games is celebrating their 4th birthday and in order to give back to Android gamers, the company is putting Samurai II: Vengeance on sale for $0.99 for a limited time. However it isn’t just the sale that you should be happy about. Samurai II: Vengeance also got updated with a variety of enhancements which Madfinger Games are labeling as making the game an ‘Enhanced Edition’.
Melesta Games has done a bit of a double header today as they have pushed out a rather large update for Toy Monsters while also releasing a whole new game in their Toy Defense franchise, appropriately named Toy Defense 3: Fantasy. If you play Toy Monsters, you have a lot of new content that is now available with the update.
Mojang has announced that the company has decided to open up the Minecraft: Pocket Edition beta program to everyone today.
