It seems that Rovio has no plans in stopping the onslaught of Angry Birds for the New Year. In celebration of Chinese New Year, Rovio has released an update to their cash printing hit, Angry Birds Season, aptly named “Year of the Dragon”.
The update continues the never ending struggle of the lovable birds against the ever greedy pigs. While the story might not be of epic proportions, the charming visuals and addictive gameplay that you’ve come to know and love returns. You’ll find yourself flicking birds over rooftops, fireworks, and paper lanterns over the oriental back drop.
The coolest addition however comes in a form of a fish kite that you hurl towards the pigs that summons a dragon and promptly wipes the devious smile off those greedy pigs. Essentially it is the Mighty Eagle in Dragon form. Can’t wait to see what they have stored for April Fools.
