There is a new retro style game on the Google Play Store that combines Soccer and platformer gaming into one title, then layers it heavily with some really retro style graphics. Developed by Uncade, Blast Ball combines all three things into one title which is now available for Android.
The premise of the game is to score as many goals as you can while blowing up your enemies. This concept would make for an excellent real life soccer league although we are guessing it would have to be with robots instead of actual human players. Back to the game though..

There are a variety of different balls that you can unlock to use for both enemy destroying and point scoring. You won’t be just using Soccer balls but footballs, basketballs, and Blast Balls. Hell there is even a Disco ball you can unlock for that inner hippy inside of you. Enemies come at you in ever increasing waves which will certainly test your reflexes.
