The original Babel Rising game which was released on iOS and Android by White Bird Productions back in 2010 has been picked up by Ubisoft apparently who has been working on remaking the game. Called Babel Rising 3D, this remake of the original 2D game is slated for release next month on iOS and Android.
The concept for the Babel Rising game is interesting actually as you are essentially playing as a god who is trying to stop the building of a giant tower the humans are building to attempt to reach the heavens. To stop them you will be using your destructive godly powers to rain down a variety of punishment to try and stop them including striking down workers with lightening and fire.
Ubisoft has acquired the game and has been remaking it with all new 3D visual and possibly some new gameplay mechanics and polish. Babel Rising 3D is slated for release on console June 13th with the Android and iOS version arriving on their respective app stores on June 14th.
