Boom Brigade 2 by 10ton slated to invade Android in June

10ton’s popular line drawing action defense game Boom Brigade is getting a sequel, appropriately named Boom Brigade 2, and it will be heading to a few different platforms soon including Android. This is a pretty unique game especially with how the gameplay works.

Just like in the original Boom Brigade game, in this sequel you will be defending your base from waves of attacking enemies. Luckily you will have up to five troops depending on your level with the option of having the choice to make your troops one of the five classes available which include a simply grunt up to a sniper. Before the level starts you get to equip your troops with a power-up each before getting into the hectic gameplay.

Once your troops are set up it is all about moving them around to take on the oncoming waves of enemies trying to destroy your base. This is done by drawing a line from the troop you want to move to their destination. Troops automatically take aim and shoot at enemies but once they die then they are dead for good that round.

When Boom Brigade 2 drops onto Android it will come with 30 levels to survive through. This will be a straight up paid game as well so none of that freemium stuff. While there is now official release date, we do know it will be arriving sometime in June 2012.
