If you don’t have enough top-down scrolling shooters to play then there is a new one you might want to try out from Tubi Games called Star Commander. This isn’t a bullet hell type of shooter but it isn’t just a simple easy shooter to blaze through either.
Star Commander sort of fits in between both categories of shooters. It’s a bit harder than your typical shooter but it definitely isn’t a bullet hell shmup either. It also happens to be quite the large size game in regards to content with over 90 missions to complete.

Once you finish the game, which might take you a little while to do, you can also see how long you can live in survival mode as well. While you only have three different ships to choose from to play as, you do have over 120 different upgrades at your disposal.
