The Sony press conference is currently going on right now at GamesCom 2012 and during this press event Sony had a small portion set aside for Playstation Mobile which includes Android devices. During the small segment, they announced something pretty much no one had any idea would be happening.
During the press event, Sony made an official announcement that both Asus and Wikipad will be coming on board to release Playstation Certified devices. While the Wikipad might not be as surprising, due to Sony buying Gaikai which was to partner with the Wikipad on launch, the partnership with Asus came out of left field. Although surprising, this is definitely good news for Asus table owners as they will soon be able to get Playstation Mobile games.
