Atomic Turtle Studios is back and have released their second title onto Google Play today called Kill the Swak. This games is a straight up arcade shooter where you will be a part of the ongoing battle between the Swak and their enemy, The Boozoul. You really do have to enjoy the names in this game.
You goal will be to defend against the attacks from the Swak. This is done by tapping the screen wherever the Swak appear on it, flying across in their attack on the Boozoul. Think of this as a Fruit Ninja style game but without the slicing. Instead it is all tapping and some rather nice visuals to go along with it. There are also boss fights in this game as well which is rather unique.
Kill the Swak Features:
– 2 game modes: The Arcade mode (achieve the highest score), Time Trial mode (60 seconds to achieve the highest score)
– 25 achievements to unlock
– 5 different battlefields
– 3 different bonuses
Of course there are items you don’t want to tap on when they fly across the screen such as your own Boozoul guys. Each round is made up of a progress bar at the bottom which you need to fill in order to win. You enemy is trying to do the same though but fill it in their favor so they win the war.
This is definitely one of those games where you would play it to kill some time, although you could easily sit there for a long period of time smacking around some Swak. Kill the Swak is available in two flavors, one free lite version to try out and a full version for a mere $0.99. You can see the game in action in the video above as well.
