Playstation Mobile to launch worldwide on Android this October 3rd

One of the more recent and big announcements coming from the Sony camp is the re-branding of the Playstation store and suite which is now called Playstation Mobile as one whole entity. For those of you who already have access to it, which I believe is in select locations in Europe although I could be wrong, the rest of the world will finally be joining you on October 3rd, 2012. This is when Sony will be rolling out the worldwide launch of Playstation Mobile for Playstation Certified Android devices and the PS Vita.

Along with the worldwide launch will be a total of 30 games that will be coming with Playstation Mobile. Sony has already shown off a few of the games coming with the launch with notable titles being Aqua Kitty, Flick Hockey, Frederic – Resurrection of Music, Panic, Passing Time, Samurai Beatdown, Slidinbeats, Super Crate Box, Tipper, Tractor Trails, and Twist Pilot. Games will be priced between (roughly) $0.99 – $11.99 depending on the title.

So, if you own a Playstation Certified device, or a PS Vita, you can expect a nice selection of games coming your way on October 3rd, 2012 if you live in any of the following countries where Playstation Mobile will be launching: Japan, USA, Canada, the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and Australia.
