Over the past few months we have been reporting on Spacetime Studios upcoming MMORPG for Android, iOS and Chrome called Arcane Legends. This new title is a combination of all the features and game mechanics that worked well and were popular in their previous games such as the charge attacks and group combo attacks. The game goes back to a more fantasy theme with visuals closer to what you would find in Star Legends or Pocket Legends, the more cartoon like graphics. There will also be new features that will arrive in Arcane Legends when it launches such as the battle pets system.
Like previous titles in the Legends franchise, Arcane Legends will have players picking from one of three classes: Warrior, Rogue or Sorcerer. Each class will have their own abilities, strengths and weaknesses and players will be able to combine their abilities with those of other players in their group to unleash much more powerful attacks. Customization of characters goes a bit deeper than previous games since you will be able to specialize in specific skills and abilities. Enemies are also improved upon as well with their AI in regards to how they act in combat. Ranged attack enemies, for example, will try to stay away from your character if he’s a melee class.
We’ve gotten to see some screenshots in the past for Arcane Legends and now we get to see the first cinematic trailer for it as well. In this trailer, located above, you’ll see the three classes as well as a look at one of the battle pets. Currently Arcane Legends is slated for release sometime this Fall across all platforms.
