Gameloft’s Modern Combat 4: Zero Hour won’t be arriving till after Dec. 6th

Last week a copy of Gameloft’s newest installment into the Modern Combat series got leaked out onto the internet. Whether this has prompted Gameloft to announce a release time frame or not is unknown but either way we now have a better idea of when Modern Combat 4: Zero Hour will be arriving on Google Play.

Gameloft just announced over Twitter that Modern Combat 4: Zero Hour will be arriving on iOS on December 6th, 2012, which is this Thursday. In the same tweet Gameloft mentions that Modern Combat 4 will be arriving on Android shortly afterwards but as to when exactly that will be remains to be seen. Unfortunately, for whatever reason, Gameloft doesn’t like to give release dates with Android even though Android has no approval process to go through. Somehow Gameloft knows exactly when the iOS version will be released.

So if you were hoping that the game would land on Android over the next few days, now you know that it won’t be until some time after December 6th, 2012. At least the wait is almost over and we may actually get to play this game soon. At least we have Heroes of Order & Chaos coming this week… hopefully.
