New footage for Elite: Dangerous shows off multiplayer space dogfighting

One game we are following closely is the sequel to the classic Elite game called Elite: Dangerous which is on Kickstarter right now looking for funding so Frontier Developments can finish the game. If it does make its goal, the developers will be considering the possibility of bringing the game to other platforms including mobile phones and tablets.

The developers have been pretty on point with keeping their Kickstarter campaign updated and the newest one has a video showing off the multiplayer space dogfighting between players of the game. For those of you unfamiliar with Elite: Dangerous, this game is an action sim game where players start with 100 credits and are charged with making as much money as they can whether it be by legal or illegal means by doing things such as trade, bounty-hunt, pirate, assassinations as you travel through the galaxy.

As you can see in the video above, the dogfighting is actually pretty fast-paced. The visuals looks pretty solid too. Hopefully they reach their goal of £1,250,000. Right now the Kickstarter campaign is sitting at £719,995 with 23 days left to go so it will be a close finish.
