Rovio announced through MTV’s Multiplayer Blog, for some reason, the next episode that would be arriving for Angry Birds Star Wars which will be called Cloud City. This update will bring with it around 20 new levels to work your way through as well as additional new hazards and mechanics that players will have to deal with.
New hazards, such as hot air vents that will change the direction of flight your bird is currently on, will be making their debut in the upcoming Cloud City episode. Aside from the new hazards and mechanics being introduced into the game through this new episode, Boba Fett will be making his debut appearance in Angry Birds Star Wars as well. While players can’t control Boba Fett, if you use your lightsaber in a timely fashion, you can whack him with it which will send in flying off into other structures.
While there is no exact release date for the Cloud City episode update, we can pretty much guess it’ll be arriving within a month’s time as that seems to be Rovio’s pattern as of late. You can check out the video above to see a preview of Cloud City.
