If you’re a fan of Zen Pinball HD but happen to not be too much into their new Star Wars pinball series then you’ll be happy to know that Zen Studios has released four new Marvel tables for their Zen Pinball HD platform. Each table is themed after either a super hero or an event in the Marvel universe.
For those of you who are more in-depth into the world of comics, you’ll find the new tables quite interesting in the fact that these themes were even selected to have tables made after them. The four new tables are Iron Man, Moon Knight, Fear Itself and The Infinity Gauntlet. While having an Iron Man table is pretty obvious, especially with the upcoming film getting closer to release, the other three are pretty interesting as well.
Moon Knight is one of the lesser known heroes in the Marvel universe even though he’s been around since 1975. Moon Knight has been a part of a decent amount of groups in the Marvel universe including the Avengers, West Coast Avengers and the Marvel Knights.
Feat Itself is actually a more recent cross-over storyline that showcases Captain America, Thor, and Iron Man who are fighting it out across Asgard and Dark Asgard with the hopes of defeating Serpent, the God of Fear.
The Infinity Gauntlet was a huge cross-over series, and one of my personal favorites, which featured… pretty much almost everyone at one point. For those of you not familiar with the cross-over, basically a rather nasty evil creature named Thanos managed to craft the Infinity Gauntlet and essentially this made him to be a naughty little god. Everyone teams up to try and stop him and I won’t go further into it but if you dig big cross-overs, this was one of the best so you should definitely check it out.
