If you haven’t had your fill of Angry Birds games just yet then you’ll be happy to know that Rovio is planning to release their socialized version of Angry Birds, called Angry Birds Friends, onto Android and iOS this upcoming Thursday, May 2nd. So what exactly does this game come with in terms of new features?
Angry Birds Friends plays out almost the same as regular Angry Birds does but with the addition of a few social features. In fact if you are a hardcore Angry Birds fan, you’ve probably already been playing Angry Birds Friends on Facebook which has leaderboards, different little mini tournaments and so on. You will also be able to compete directly against your friends for high scores.
In true Facebook game style, players will also be able to brag about their winnings as well as send friends mystery gift power-ups as well. Since this is Angry Birds with a competitive streak to it, you might want to start practicing up as Angry Birds Friends will be arriving onto Android in a few days.
