Crescent Moon Games has released another title onto Google Play this morning called Monkey Boxing. As you may be guessing by the name of the game, you are a monkey who boxes against other monkeys for fame, glory, riches and bananas. In all seriousness though, Monkey Boxing has some pretty solid 3D visuals to back up its gameplay of monkeys beating on each other.
Players are able to customize the look of their monkey with different colors, clothing and other wearable props. Apparently the total amount of combinations of items you can customize your monkey with is somewhere in the neighborhood of 269 billion. We have yet to confirm this by trying out all the combinations, it may take us a minute.
As you progress through the game you will be able to unlock new items to customize your monkey with but in order to do that you will have to beat other famous monkey boxers. When you’re not in the ring beating up on other monkeys, you can train yours to improve his skills for future fights in the ring. To win the WMB Cup you’ll have to work your way through 50 levels. After that you are defending your title for an unlimited amount of matches.
For those of you who are into boxing games, you can pick up Monkey Boxing off of Google Play for $2.99. It also comes with 2-player multiplayer matches via local WiFi or just by using the same device and the two of you proceed to pound on the same screen.
