Terry Cavanagh has been porting his games over to Ouya

Terry Cavanagh, developers of such gems as VVVVVV and Super Hexagon, has been busy porting over a variety of his older Flash games over to Ouya to start things off right. So far he has ported over ten of his older Flash games and is also strongly considering bringing VVVVVV and Super Hexagon over to Ouya as well.

In fact in a recent blog post, Terry Cavanagh said he will probably be porting both of those games over to Ouya in the near future. The interesting thing about all of this is that originally Terry Cavanagh was anti-Ouya. He sad it wasn’t until playing around with it for about ten minutes that he changed his mind and is now pro-Ouya, stating that the Android-powered console is ‘pretty awesome’.

So what games has he ported already? Well here is the list so far:

– Memrrtiks, Suashem
– Don’t Look Back
– N.O.T.T.U.B.
– Oiche Mhaith
– Bababadalgharag…
– American Dream
– Hero’s Adventure
– Bullfist
– Bullet Time
– Bridge

As for any other older games being ported over, we will keep an eye out to see what he decided to port to Ouya. In the meantime, bringing VVVVVV and Super Hexagon is very likely to happen so we will definitely be waiting to hear more details about that.
