A couple of days ago we talked about Nevosoft who were gearing up to release an endless running platformer called City Cat onto Google Play today. Sure enough the game has arrived right on time and comes complete with what looks like the twisted offspring of Nyan Cat and Garfield as the main hero.
Our hero, named Pixel, has had his favorite food stolen from him and now he’s out to get it back. While this is a platformer, it is also a continuous running game as well, so the action does come at you pretty fast as you get further into each round you play.

– compete with your friends in weekly tournaments

– get lots of power-ups
– upgrade your cat
As you collect coins you’ll be able to use those coins to purchase power-ups that you will be able to use along the way. The power-ups are pretty entertaining as well including ‘Hulk-Cat’ and Helicopter Cat. If you’re up for a bit of a more arcade style of game today, City Cat is available off of Google Play for free.
