Zen Studios has announced a new set of tables for their Star Wars Pinball series. These new tables are part of an expansion called Balance of the Force and in total there will be three additional tables heading our way in the very near future. Like the tables before these ones, each new pinball table is themed after a movie or event from the actual storyline.
The first table is called Star Wars: Episode VI Return of the Jedi where you will be helping the rebellion destroy the Sith and the Death Star. You’ll have plenty of characters to check out in this table as Luke Skywalker, Han Solo, Chewbacca, Princess Leia, Lando Calrissian, R2-D2, and C-3PO all make an appearance.
Darth Vader is getting his own themed table in this expansion which will be named after him as well. The Darth Vader table will have players using the dark side of the Force to go after the Jedi and Rebel Alliance and face off with Obi-Wan Kenobi and Luke Skywalker. The last table in the expansion is called Star Wars: Starfighter Assault and like the name suggest, this table will feature Starfighters like the X-wing and TIE Fighter as well as other well known vessels like the Millennium Falcon and the Death Star II.
As for when this new expansion will be released, right now there is only a Fall time line. However we do have a trailer and some screenshot available to tide you over until the expansion goes live.
