Once in awhile we get to report on a game that is destine to change people’s lives. Hello Kitty Tap and Run by Namco Bandai is one of those game that will change at least one person’s outlook on life in some way. A mash-up of endless runner and RPG, this game isn’t too different that other titles like this such as Nimble Quest.
As you progress through the game you will get a line of Hello Kitties that have different abilities. You are also able to combine Hello Kitties in order to create even more powerful ones which you will actually need to do since there are boss fights in this game. Each kitten has hit points, stats and the ability to level up which is where the RPG mechanics come into play.
Visually, Hello Kitty Tap and Run features plenty of pixel art which isn’t half bad and overall there is actually a fair bit of content with this game to play through. Of course you’ll need to be a true Hello Kitty fan in order to stomach all the cuteness inside this game.
