Rovio has already begun teasing a new Angry Birds game as of last month called Angry Birds Stella which will apparently feature a whole new art style within a game that will address some real world issues. Essentially a morally conscience Angry Birds game. Now that company is teasing another new Angry Birds title which they are boasting will be quite the ‘epic’ game when it arrives.
So what exactly do we have to look forward to with this new Angry Birds game? What is it called? Will there be cake? These are just some of the important questions that we have no answers for at all. In fact Rovio is being a little more hush hush than usual over this new Angry Birds game which mean we don’t know a damn thing about it except for what the teaser video shows us.
And what exactly does this video show? Not a lot actually. The video rotates around a suit of knight’s armor which eventually reveals a bird hidden inside. This at least tell us that this new game will probably be medieval in theme. Whether this game will be a tie-in to an already existing franchise (the word ‘Epic’ seems to be a main focus with this teaser), an upcoming one, or something else altogether, remains to be seen. Or it could be ‘epic’ if Rovio made it with 3D graphics instead of the regular 2D ones. It would also be a safe bet that the powers the Angry Birds have will be changed to reflect the time period of this new game.
Apparently this game will be having a soft launch soon in Canada, Australia and New Zealand. If Rovio decides to release more information about this new medieval Angry Birds game before this upcoming soft launch, we’ll be sure to post an update. Anyone want to take any guesses?
