Gameloft, the publisher behind the recent Amazing Spider-Man 2 mobile game, has announced a new runner style game with Spidey called Spider-Man Unlimited. Players get to use many versions of Spider-Man to fight the Sinister Six, who are behind a plot to gain unlimited energy from a “malevolent dimensional rift.”
Like ice cream, Spider-Man comes in many flavors, over 23 variations in this game. However we don’t know if this will be as good as ice cream, my Spider senses are conflicted. I enjoy Spider-Man games, but the Android marketplace definitely does not require another runner game.
The announcement promises a narrative driven game, featuring three main stories involving Electro, Green Goblin, and Vulture.
