If you are not yet sold on getting an Nvidia Shield Tablet for your Android gaming needs, this morning Nvidia began teasing on Twitter that there are a bunch of new features coming to their tablet, the biggest one being Android 5.0 Lollipop.
Yesterday Android 5.0 became a real thing with the announcement of the new Nexus devices: The Nexus 9 tablet, Nexus 6 phone, and the Nexus Player. Both the Nexus 9 and Nexus 6 will be coming with Android 5.0 right out of the box as the first two commercial devices to have Lollipop on them. It looks like Nvidia wants to be right there with the release of Android 5.0, when it happens for other devices, and have already begun teasing that it will be arriving for the Nvidia Shield Tablet soon.
Unfortunately we don’t know when ‘soon’ actually is or what the other features in the company’s tweet are. However, the picture they posted with the Shield Tablet and Android 5.0 looks pretty sweet.
