A new Tony Hawk game is being slated for release for sometime in 2015 and the current one we had previously reported on, which ended up being called Shred Sessions, has been put on hold indefinitely. The announcement came via Tony Hawk’s Twitter account.
The message Twitter reads:
I’m currently working with Activision on a console game for 2015 (along with a new mobile game). I think fans of THPS series will be hyped.
So Activision is working with Tony Hawk on this new game while the previous game has been apparently put on hold. Details about this new game haven’t been released either but it sounds like it will be a full-fledge skate boarding game and not an endless runner style of game which Shred Sessions was supposed to be. Once more details are released, we will post an update.
