Wicked Lair mixes together tower defense, a little RPG, and dungeon building, and it’s out now

Wicked Lair by Stefan Pratter is an interesting game that is now available for Android. It is interesting because this game meshes together three different genres into one title – Tower Defense, RPG, and Dungeon Building. So what is the goal of this game? To stop heroes from raiding your dungeon and stealing your precious loot.

While this may seem like a pretty weird mix of genres, it actually works out quite well. Even though you are all about defending your lair, you do need to get loot to actually protect as well and expand your hideout. So you will actually have to be on the offensive as well which is done by sending out your monsters that you spawn out into the world to collect said loot.

Wicked Lair Features:

– Unique Tower Defense/Dungeon Builder Mashup
– 9 distinct dungeon types and 100+ different creatures to spawn
– Mix dungeon types to come up with a truly unique dungeon
– Support your creatures by casting powerful spells
– Attract awesome boss creatures to your dungeon
– Lovely handcrafted retro look
– Defend your dungeon and destroy the town!

When it comes to your dungeon, you will also need to build defenses and spawn monsters to protect your loot and your dungeon from invading heroes who want to try and become famous by defeating you… or just to become rich by stealing all your treasure. As you earn more money you will be able to expand your dungeon, adding more layers to it in order to make it more difficult for heroes to get through.

Each layer you add has three portals in which to spawn your minions from. There are different types of monsters that spawn as well that you will need to utilize properly such as plunderers who go out above ground to get you more treasure, while others patrols your dungeons to attack heroes that enter, and then there are ones that just defend certain areas.

For those of you who want to take on the challenge of being the bad guy for once, Wicker Lair is available off of Google Play for free. It does contain IAPs but these are strictly optional.
