Gameloft has released the first content update for their Asphalt Overdrive game and this update brings a couple of new cars into the mix, a new gameplay mode to dive into, and a whole new storyline to work your way through.
The two new cars that players can unlock are actually quite nice – The Renault Alpine (older model in blue) and Lykan Hypersport (white). Depending on your taste in cars, the Lykan Hypersport is quite nice in real life and the Renault Alpine isn’t bad either.
As for the new gameplay mode, if you’re tired of only being able to race/drive like a maniac for a certain amount of time that you have available, Gameloft has added the Joyride Race game mode to help out with that. This is an endless racing mode where you race for as long as you can. This way you can still get your fix even though you don’t have any more time available. Make sure to make it to the check points if you want to keep going though.
The storyline for the game has also been revamped, with plenty of additional story added to it which basically makes it a whole new storyline. This update is now available on Google Play so feel free to grab it when you have a few moments.
