Crescent Moon Games has confirmed on Twitter today that the Zelda-style puzzle-based platformer Almightree (developed by Chocoarts) will be arriving onto Android devices soon. As the story goes, the world is shattering and in order to stop this, you will have to take our hero on a journey to get to the Almightree to awaken it and save the world.

When it comes to the world shattering, it is meant in the literal sense. Building are collapsing, trees are toppling down, the ground is falling away, essentially the world is ending. The only hope the world has is the Almightree and its seedlings, mythical trees that are believed to have the power to keep the order of the world. Along the journey to find the Almightree you will also need to awaken the seedling that you come across in order to slow down the destruction of the world. Eventually you will reach the Almightree to finally put an end to it.
If the Android version of Almightree follows exactly as the iOS version in terms of content, we should expect to see 100+ puzzles across 20 vast stages, 6 unique puzzle features to overcome, 40+ challenges to be completed, the ability to unlock 10+ mysterious illustrations about the hero, and cutscenes to narrate the story of Almightree. You will also be able to adjust the difficulty of the game in case you find it too easy at first.
As for when Almightree will be released, there is no exact release date as of yet. All we know is that it will be ‘coming soon’. If it follows the iOS pricing, Almightree will cost a mere $0.99 to download. In the meantime, you can check out the game’s trailer in the video below.
