If there isn’t enough betas to be a part of that are starting soon than here is one more for you to check out. Herocraft has begun beta testing their Warhammer 40K: Space Wolf game for Android. We originally reported on this game back in August of 2013 and it has been in development since then. It appears a lot has changed since our original article as well.
While Warhammer 40K: Space Wolf is still a strategy-TCG title, it looks like the original concept has expanded greatly since August 2013. While your troops for your army are based off of the cards you have, when it comes time to fight you are presented with a play field where your troops are rendered in 3D visuals. This is where you will be moving your troops, trying to take out your opponent in turn-based combat that resembles Chess in some ways. If you don’t want to fight other players, there is a single-player campaign available as well.
Warhammer 40K: Space Wolf Features:
• An epic campaign, spanning hostile environments on a distant planet.
• Combat the Word Bearers – fanatical and deadly traitors who serve the chaos gods.
• Grey Hunter, Wolf Scout or Wolf Guard – select your main hero for each mission, to best match your own style, strategy and tactics.

• Lead your Space Wolves into fierce battles in glorious, interactive 3D environments.
• Hundreds of weapons and abilities with various mechanics.

• Victories unlock powerful new weapons, bonuses and tactics cards.
• Evolve your cards at the Iron Priest’s Forge to further enhance your killer deck!
• Fierce, 3 v 3 close-quarter battles. Use each turn to inflict massive damage on your enemy!
• Rating. Here’s your chance to become the top Space Wolf. With each stage, battles get tougher – but the rewards get better.
• At the start of each season, leaderboards are reset. But prove you’re the best – and reclaim your leadership status!
The beta testing phase is only for a limited time and we are not 100% sure if there is a space limit to how many people are able to be involved in this beta phase. However, considering how the game looks now, if you plan to partake in this beta then it is probably a good idea to do so sooner rather than later.
To sign up for the beta, you just have to join the Google+ group for Warhammer 40K: Space Wolf and then go to Google Play through the Google+ group and accept your beta invitation. After that it is just as simple as downloading the game and playing it.
