EA globally launches EA Sports UFC on Android today for free

Soft launches continue to be a thing these days and today we’ve already reported on one game launching globally this month. EA does a lot of these soft launches and today marks the global release of one of those soft launches. EA Sports UFC is now available globally on Android for free.

For those of you not familiar with this game, EA Sports UFC is all about beating the crap of the person in front of you in ‘the Octagon’. Players will be able to choose which fighter, out of the 70+ ones available, they want to play as. After that, it is all about jumping into the Octagon and beating senseless the opponent you are going up against. However, you will need to train your fighter as well in order to help increase their skills and strengths.

EA Sports UFC Features:

– Intuitive touch controls
– HD Visuals
– 70+ fighters to choose from
– Train your fighters to increase their skills
– Play live events and earn exclusive rewards
– Full career mode, Main Event match-ups, and more

One rather interesting feature for this game is the ability to earn exclusive in-game rewards based on live event match-ups. Players will be able to participate in a fight that is based off of a real upcoming fight card. Succeeding in that match will net you those rewards. Winning matches in general will unlock additional opponents to fight and other goodies as well.

EA Sports UFC is available globally on Android for free and it does come with optional IAPs as well. You can also check out the game in action in the trailer below.
