Mojang will be ceasing development of their card combat game Scrolls

It wasn’t too long ago that Microsoft purchase Minecraft develop Mojang for a ridiculous amount of money, to the tune of $2.5 billion. While it was always stated that development of Minecraft would continue, with very little changing regarding that game, not much was said about the company’s other titles. One of those titles is the company’s multiplayer card combat game Scrolls, and now development will be ceasing for that game.

Mobile gamers will finally be getting a Pokemon game soon called Pokémon Shuffle Mobile

Well, we never thought this day would happen when we would be announcing an official Pokemon game for mobile, but apparently it looks like it finally will be happening. Today the Pokemon Company has announced that they will be releasing Pokemon Shuffle Mobile onto mobile devices soon. This is a step in the right direction even though it isn’t the type of Pokemon game most people are hoping for.

Telltale Games will be debuting Minecraft: Story Mode at next week’s London Minecon 2015

This year Mojang will be hosting Minecon 2015 in London and Telltale Games will be making their way there in order to officially debut Minecraft: Story Mode. You may remember when Telltale Games announced this new series back in December of last year, but if you missed our coverage on that, basically this is another episodic series but this time it is set within the Minecraft universe.

Square Enix is working on a new Final Fantasy Adventure title, although we will probably never see it

Word on the internet is that Square Enix is currently making a new Final Fantasy Adventure title. If this series doesn’t sound familiar to you, that is because somewhere in the past Final Fantasy Adventures became the Secret of Mana. It is also known by different names in different regions, with Europe knowing it as Mystic Quest, while Japan has it named as Seiken Densetsu: Final Fantasy Gaiden.
