Protostar Games, the creators of the enjoyable driving game Checkpoint Champion, will release their new game tomorrow. Checkpoint Champion was definitely a fun game, and it looks like Sling Kong will be too.
[UPDATE: Thursday, August 6th, 3:32 AM – PST] The colorful and challenging Sling Kong from Protostar Games is now available to download in the Google Play Store. The game is free to play and does include in-app purchases. The link to download the game can be found at the end of this article.
Sling Kong stars a much less intimidating Kong, that is on a vertical journey through the jungle and beyond. Kong is not the only character you will have the opportunity to take charge of. As you progress further into the game, you will have the opportunity to try out other characters in the game.

The game mechanics revolve around pulling the arms of Kong back (The character’s arms are attached to a peg.), to launch him forward. You launch the character from one peg to another, while trying to avoid rotating saws, bursts of flames and countless other dangerous obstacles.
