Released by DynamicDust, Amaze is a new maze game for Android. Within this game, players will seek to navigate their way through a complex maze, comprised of glass walls. In an added twist, there is a ghostly “enemy” of sorts that is in pursuit of the player.
This does add an element of urgency to the game, as the idea is to achieve success finishing the maze before the player is caught by said enemy. All told, there are more than ninety different mazes included in Amaze. Beyond being pursued by an non-descript enemy though, there isn’t much more for a story. Different levels will also offer bonuses for the player’s performance, such as solving a maze within a set period of time, or using less than a set number of steps. Players can even take advantage of trap doors and elevators, to help navigate through the mazes. There are also a variety of collectibles that can be found in the mazes, as well as bonus levels.

Lastly, the game is offered for free, but does offer some optional IAPs as well. These allow players to use power-ups like a compass, or another that unlocks the use of markers, or shield to help defend against the pursuing enemy. This is outside of the ones you collect in-game by playing.
