Released by Ogre Pixel, Black Tower Enigma is an adventure game that focuses on riddles and puzzles. In this game, players will assume the role of a humble orc named Wigo, whose wife made the mistake of putting on a magic dress, which in turn caused her to be levitated up into the sky, never to be seen again.
Wigo, in his effort to find his beloved, seeks out the tallest tower in the continent (eponymously known as the Black Tower Enigma) in order to climb it, in the hopes of finding her (or at least a way to find her) at its peak. Players will climb one floor after another, and will both delve deeper into the story by perusing each floor’s library, as well as solving the puzzles in order to advance. That being said, each of the floors/levels purport to be fairly small. Puzzles include things such as manipulating objects, moving them around the room, matching patterns or sequences, and so on.
