Telltale Games’ Minecraft: Story Mode series is coming to a close soon, with the upcoming Episode 7 being the second last episode planned for the series. Folks following the storyline and playing the entire series of games will soon have Episode 7: Access Denied to finish when it arrives next week.
Depending on how you look at it, this is either the second last episode in the entire series, or the second episode in the Adventure Pass’ three episodes planned. A new member of the cast makes their appearance in this episode as well, Yvette Nicole Brown as Harper.
If you’re following the storyline, here’s what you can expect to find in Episode 7: Access Denied:
Continuing their portal journey in search of home, Jesse and crew land in a world entirely controlled by PAMA – a sinister “thinking machine” determined to command everyone and everything in pursuit of optimal usefulness and efficiency. Forced on the run to avoid capture and assimilation, you’ll need to work with a new ally to defeat the corrupted computer and free the population it has enslaved.
After this there will only be one more episode before the series is done, unless of course Telltale Games announces another expansion for it. In order to get this episode, or any of the last three episodes, you must own Episode 1. After that you will have access to either purchase the entire Adventure Pass for $14.99, or Episode 6, 7, and 8 individually for $4.99 each. You can check out this episode’s trailer above.
