Warspear Online has been around for a little while now, but it seems like the game hasn’t really had a content update in some time. Well that’s all changed now with the Engineer’s Madness update which brings with it all kinds of new content, storylines, and more for players to check out.
For those of you not familiar with Warspear Online, this is a full MMORPG, with all the features you would expect to find in one. Guilds, raid dungeons, solo dungeons, quests, tons of gear, and so on. However, unlike most MMORPGs that have 3D visuals, this one is one of the few that decided to stick with the more retro look.
This update is something players have been waiting for because it finally brings the continuation of the storyline and new lands on the enormous Flying Islands. Players will have to go up against the main villain called the Engineer. This boss has new sophisticated mechanics for its behavior, so players will have to work as a team in order to beat him, and it won’t be easy. Besides the Engineer, there are also 9 mini-bosses scattered around the Flying Islands. Most are in their own little base, but one of which is constantly moving.
In addition to the rest of the Flying Islands, the max level for a character has been raised to 28. This also means that there are new rare and legendary items of equipment for the new level cap, some of which can be found as a reward for successful completion of the dungeon or slaying the world Boss.
Also, the crafting system has been reworked in this update. Now masters have access to levels 17 and 18 of craft development, which will allow them to create new rare and unique accessories, weapons, and armor. The drop variability of rare craft tasks has also been improved. This means that it is a little easier to make rare and unique items when crafting them, instead of getting a bunch of non-rares.
The Engineer’s Madness update is now available for download off of Google Play for anyone with Warspear Online installed.
