While Snail Games has pushed out the Royal Shakedown update for Chaos Legends already, the company has also been working on another update for their Taichi Panda MMORPG on Android. The update, simply called the Assassin’s update, brings a fair bit of new content to the game including a new playable hero.
The ultimate assassin from history has always been the Ninja, and so this update brings a new playable character called the Ninja to Taichi Panda. As with any new character getting added to a game, there’s new skills specifically for that character that players will have to learn and perfect, as well as new gear designed for the Ninja to collect. Speaking on new weaponry, there’s the newly added Elemental Ice Blade, Elemental Fire Blade and Elemental Thunder Blade you can now try to find.
Regarding content, there is a new team-based dungeon (hard difficulty) for players to try their hand at called the Land of Hermit. The game as a whole has received a new Thanksgiving theme city, complete with new decorations and a new UI. There’s also two new ‘systems’ making their debut with this update. These are the new Pet Cultivation System, and a New Paired Talisman System.
The rest of the update is mostly tweaks to existing features, such as adding a new auto-loot system to Gold and Survival instances. Additional Assassin’s update changes include:
• New Auto-loot Function to Gold Instance and Survival Instance
• New Talisman Shard Transformation Function
• New ability to change a Quality 36 Rune into another Quality 36 Rune of the same type
• Added Deflect Resist to Grand Attribute
• Added Get Goodies Functions to Team Instance, Battlefield and Citadel
• Added Red Equipment Shards Exchange in PvP Store and Activity Store
• Various bug fixes
