Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery is edging closer to release by day, and today we learned more about it. That’s all thanks to a brand new trailer that shows off much more gameplay than ever before.
In the trailer, a young female wizard receives her letter to study at Hogwarts. We then fast forward to that same student, now at Hogwarts, as she’s about to find out which house she’ll be in. Please, not Slytherin.
Well, it seems you get to choose for yourself here, as four options instantly spring up. That means you can pick Slytherin if you want to, but you could also go with Ravenclaw or any of the others.
There’s a brand new trailer out for Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery
The house you choose appears to alter your character’s robes and dorm that they stay in, as well as the tutor you receive. Our female hero then sets off to make new friends, which involves having lovely conversations with your fellow students – some of which you might recognise.
Then it’s off to lessons to learn how to cast spells and mix potions before exploring Hogwarts at her leisure during her spare time. It appears you can get up to an awful lot of mischief here.
Basically, it seems like you can do literally everything you’d hope you can if you’re an aspiring wizard. Well, apart from play Quidditch, but we can hope for that in a later update. Go ahead and pre-register on Google Play right now.
