ASUS today revealed the ROG, an exciting Android phone that looks remarkably similar to the Nintendo Switch. You can dock it, slot two halves of a controller on each side, and even connect a second screen to it so it acts like a 3DS.
It’s also more powerful than the Switch, though Nintendo wasn’t really interested in getting into a power war. Still, if you’re into that sort of thing, and you can find a game to take advantage of it, that’s a nifty feature.

But with that extra power comes an even heftier price tag. The Switch retails for around $300, while the ROG will almost certainly go for double that, if not more. You only need to look at Android phones of a similar spec to figure that out.
So the real question is, would you buy a device that costs double that of the Switch but offers a very similar experience? Let us know in the comments!
