Battleheart 2 launches July 12 on iOS, Android shortly after

Battleheart 2 Android

So we’ve got good news and bad news. The good is that Battleheart 2 is finally finished, and will launch on July 12th. The bad news is that the Android version will have a small delay over the iOS version.

In an official blog post revealing the release date, Mika Mobile stated that:

It’s with excitement and exhausted relief that I can say that we FINALLY have Battleheart 2 in the bag, and will be launching July 12th on iOS.  A Google Play release will follow shortly after, as we need to wrangle a few platform specific things.

Battleheart 2 will launch a little later on Android than iOS

We’re sure that Mika Mobile would ideally launch on Android alongside iOS, but it’s still a shame that we’ll have to wait. Shortly after isn’t a particularly detailed window, either.

Battleheart 2 is the latest entry in the excellent strategy franchise. It returns to its roots, dropping the Diablo-style adventuring of the Legacy in favour of the strategic battling of the first.

We’ll keep you posted as we learn more about that release date. Best not to hold your breath for now though.
