Football Manager 2019 arriving on Android in November

Sega’s Football Manager series is getting a new look, and it’s arriving on Android on November the 2nd. In fact there are two versions landing on mobile.

There will be Football Manager 2019 Touch (also for PC, Mac, and iOS) as well as Football Manager 2019 Mobile (also for iOS).

The latter being designed for smaller smartphone screens, which is kind of essential considering the level of detail that’s packed on-screen in this minutely detailed series.

New look Football Manager 2019

Football Manager 2019 looks to shake up a series which can often feel like it’s tuck in a rut. The most noticeable changes at this stage include a new logo and the chance to get a manager’s eye view of events.

This includes walking out of the tunnel behind your squad, as well as viewing matches from the sidelines.

This has therefore seen the series’s famous ‘Manager Man’ – who has adorned the cover art of all previous entries in the series – making way. Sad times.

There will also be “new and improved features” according to Sega’s latest press release, and we’ll learn more about these in September on the re-launched Football Manager 2019 site. Eat my goal!
