A while back, Azur Lane was brought to our attention and we were instantly intrigued.
It’s not often that you come across something fresh in the JRPG genre, but somehow this has managed it.
This isn’t your traditional tale of a hero rising from the ashes of their home to save the world, and nor does it involve hitting things with massive swords to make numbers pop out of their heads.

Instead, it’s basically a 2D side-scrolling shooter in which you battle in a variety of ships.
There are a bunch of different heroes to collect, each of which have their own ship. Each hero and ship has unique stats and abilities, so they’re suited for different tasks.
