We also learned that there’ll be a beta prior to launch, which Beamdog will use to get valuable feedback to really nail the mobile version.
Neverwinter Nights: Enhanced Edition is a fully featured mobile port
Finally, the mobile version will support custom content, which is great news. Player-made content is a massive part of the appeal.
So basically, Neverwinter Nights: Enhanced Edition on Android will be fully featured rather than a lesser version of the PC original.
