It’s the weekend and, depending on where you live in the world, chances are it’s really, really cold. So why not snuggle up under a warm blanket and play a few Android games? Here are our top five picks from the week.
The best new Android game this week: Ghostbusters World – Get it
Ghostbusters World is a brand new Pokémon GO-like that actually makes an awful lot of sense. You wander around the real world seeking out ghosts to capture. You can then recruit these ghosts to take part in PvP battles.
Legend: Rising Empire – Get it
Legend: Rising Empire is a gorgeous Clash of Clans-like from NetEase. It expands on Supercell’s genre-defining game by adding RTS-style combat, with you having to pay attention to unit positiosn and things like that.
Marvel Battle Lines – Get it
Marvel Battle Lines is a trading card game set in the Marvel universe. You’ll build a deck of cards out of your favourite heroes and villains and battle other players.
The Quest – Caerworn Castle – Get it
Right in time for Halloween, the hand-drawn Elder Scrolls-like open world RPG series The Quest gets its standalone expansion Caerworn Castle. This is a spooky adventure set in the eponymous castle, which is full of horrifying monsters to battle as you strive to restore it to its former glory.
Golf Battle – Get it
Wrapping up the list this week is Golf Battle, which is basically mini golf meets Golf Clash. You have to battle other players in a variety of mini golf challenges to see who’s the best of the best.
