Stardew Valley will launch on Android March 14

Stardew Valley Android

Breaking news: Developer Chucklefish has confirmed that Stardew Valley will launch on Android on March 14th. That really isn’t very far away at all.

The Android version is currently under development at The Secret Police, a London-based studio. These guys are responsible for adding automatic saving, pinch to zoom, and new touch-based control schemes to the game.

Stardew Valley is a Harvest Moon-like farm sim

When it launches, it will cost $7.99 on Android – just like it does on iOS. It will also feature Korean, Italian, French, and Turkish language support at launch.

If you’re one of the few people who haven’t heard of Stardew Valley before, it’s basically an indie version of Harvest Moon. You’ll build your own farm from the ground up, develop relationships with your neighbours, and fight monsters with a nice big sword.

You can actually pre-register right now on Google Play, to grab this awesome farming sim as soon as it’s out. As we mentioned earlier, the release date is March 14.
